Terms & Official Rules

Exclusive Members Club ("the Program") is a paid membership program that provides members with access to exclusive resources, community access and other member benefits. Every confirmed member is entered into a promotional iPhone giveaway as a bonus benefit of membership.

• Members must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Members must provide accurate personal information.
• Void where prohibited by law. Members are responsible for confirming that participation is legal in their jurisdiction.

The membership fee is ₹99 and grants immediate access to member benefits. The fee is generally non-refundable once membership benefits have been accessed. For refund exceptions please contact support@example.com.

• Registration period: Registrations close on 10 July 2026.
• Prize: One (1) brand new latest iPhone, subject to availability.
• Entries: One entry per confirmed member. Additional entries are not available for purchase.
• Selection: The winner is chosen via a randomised selection process from the pool of confirmed members. The selection is recorded and the winning registration ID is published publicly.
• Announcement: The winner will be announced publicly on 5 September 2029.
• Notification: The winner will be contacted by email and phone using the details on file. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days an alternate winner may be selected.

In jurisdictions where free entry is required for a promotional draw, an alternative free method of entry may be requested by writing to support@example.com with your name, address and a statement of intent to enter. Full details will be provided in response.

We collect the information you submit during registration solely to operate your membership, process payments, and administer the giveaway. We do not sell your personal information. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.

The organisers reserve the right to modify these rules, extend deadlines, or cancel the giveaway if it cannot be executed as planned due to reasons beyond their reasonable control. In such cases, a comparable alternative arrangement will be offered where possible.
